Erica Young

Erica Young is the Head of Research at Foresight Data, a position she has held since July 2023. In her role, she focuses on network science and is dedicated to productizing insights into Foresight's platform. Her work involves utilizing techniques from computer science, physics, and sociology to map existing people and company networks, thereby enhancing the firm's research capabilities.12
Prior to joining Foresight Data, Erica served in various significant roles, including:
- Supervisory Board Member at NLC - The European Healthtech Venture Builder since November 2022, where she provides strategic advice.
- Community Director at Atomico from July 2022 to March 2023.
- Head of Community and Network at Anthemis Group from January 2019 to June 2022.
Erica holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design (BSID) from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where she studied from 1997 to 2001.13 Her diverse background includes experience in investment promotion, advisory roles, and lecturing at institutions like Hong Kong Polytechnic University.12
