Erica Sosnowski is a seasoned professional with a background in business development within the life sciences industry.

As the Managing Partner at Sosna + Co, Erica leads a successful business development firm that has facilitated deals totaling over $250M over the last 5 years, working closely with clients' executive teams.

With a network of more than 80,000 senior executives in the life sciences sector, Erica has provided consulting services to a wide range of industry players, from startups to major pharmaceutical corporations.

Before establishing Sosna + Co, Erica gained valuable experience in business development with prominent global pharmaceutical companies and contract manufacturers, focusing on deal execution and sales growth.

In addition to her practical experience, Erica holds an Executive MBA from Saint Mary's University, complementing her educational background in Biology and Spanish with a BSc, a Double Major attained at Dalhousie University.

Throughout her career, Erica has been actively involved in various organizations, including serving as a Business Advisor at BioNeex, Co-Founder at Life Science Growth Intensive, and Advisory roles at UNIFY PLATFORM AG and AdvisoryCloud.

She has demonstrated leadership as the President/Founder of Sosna & Co. Inc, contributed insights as an Advisory Committee Member at DCAT (Drug, Chemical & Associated Technologies Association), and held key business development positions at AiPing Pharmaceutical Inc., Trillium Health Care Products, and Partner International.
