Erica Pu

Erica Pu is an experienced Ops enthusiast with a background in process excellence, knowledge management, and standardization while maintaining flexible workflows. Erica graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Cinematic Arts, Minor in Forensics and Criminology. She studied International Business at National Taiwan University School of Management as well. Erica has held various roles in well-known companies such as Netflix and Google. At Netflix, Erica worked as a Title Operations Project Manager, and then as a Product Operations - Project Manager. During her time at Google, she was a Google Play Movies & TV Program Manager - Content Operations and a DoubleClick Digital Marketing Technical Platforms Specialist. Erica also worked at Disney Consumer Products as a Co-Op Creative Operations Undergraduate Associate. In addition to her work experience, she was a Director/Producer at The Mistress and a Production Intern at Edward Saxon Productions.
