Erica Parra

Erica Parra is a results-oriented senior-level project manager with 20 years of experience. She excels in identifying critical success factors and driving resolutions. In addition to her professional experience, Erica has dedicated over 14 years to mentoring students and volunteering at schools in the US, Singapore, and Samoa. She holds an Arizona State Department of Education Teaching License obtained in June 2022. Erica has received recognition for her contributions, including being named the Armed Forces Insurance Military Spouse of the Year for Coast Guard District 5. She also serves on the Military Officers Association of America's spouse advisory council, founded the Military Child Buddy Program, and chairs the Military Family Support Group at Stratford Landing Elementary School.
