Erica Mazman is the Vice President of Growth at Cobalt Service Partners. She began her career in investment banking and has since held leadership roles in various rapidly growing companies. In her current position, she focuses on driving growth and operational efficiencies within the organization. Outside of her professional life, Erica enjoys watching reruns of The Office, golfing with her husband, and spending time with her young daughter, Eloise.13
