Erica Gordon

Erica Gordon is a dedicated nonprofit and communications professional with a strong commitment to social justice, equity, and inclusivity, and a passion for connecting people through effective storytelling.

With a background in communications strategy, media strategy, content creation, social media, writing, editing, storytelling, brand management, design, event management, and website content management, Erica brings a wealth of expertise to her roles.

She holds a Master's degree in Communication from Marquette University and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism-Strategic Communications from the University of Minnesota.

Throughout her career, Erica has served in various communications roles at organizations such as Crime & Justice Institute at Community Resources For Justice, Education Pioneers, Opportunity Nation, City Year, Meta House, Clear Verve Marketing, Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee, St. Aemilian-Lakeside, Twin Cities RISE!, and YMCA Camp Wowitan/Triangle Y Ranch.
