Erica Good

Erica Good is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Momentous, a sports nutrition and supplement brand focused on athlete health and wellness.12 She has been in this role since June 2018, based in Park City, Utah.2

Prior to co-founding Momentous, Good held positions as:

• GM of Medical Products at Dyve Biosciences (May 2015 - June 2018)
• Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company (January 2012 - May 2015)
• Consultant at Accenture (July 2005 - September 2009)2

Good has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles - The Anderson School of Management.2

At Momentous, Good is working to increase female representation in athletic performance studies and advocating for more gender diversity in clinical research on high performance.1 She has been involved in advocacy work, including presenting to Capitol Hill on these issues.1

Good is also known for co-founding Amp Human, which developed PR Lotion, a product designed to enhance athletic performance by delivering bicarbonate to muscles through the skin.34 Amp Human acquired Momentous in 2021 and adopted its name.1
