With over a decade's worth of experience under her belt, Erica has become a skilled program designer and manager, executive coach, and talent development consultant. She has worked with companies of all sizes — from small startups to Fortune 500 companies — and she has coached over 5,000 clients to career success.

Erica has an extensive background in leadership development, talent mobility solutions, and coaching for career agility and future-proofing. She is an expert in online and on-site training and has delivered insights on the future of work to diverse audiences across various industries. Currently, Erica is the VP of Platform Solutions at Torchiana, a consulting firm based in Silicon Valley. Prior to her role at Torchiana, Erica was the Director of Research, Instruction, and Innovation at the Institute for Career Coaching and Development (ICCD), where she developed and implemented talent mobility solutions. Erica is also the author of two books, Resumes That Hack the Job Hunt: Resumes That Get Results Right Now and the forthcoming Now-to-Next.
