Erica Dorn

Erica Dorn is a doctoral candidate in Transition Design at Carnegie Mellon University and a social systems choreographer with extensive experience in education and community development. Her professional trajectory includes roles in US Microfinance, entrepreneurial education, community and leadership development, rainforest conservation, among others. In 2015, she co-founded Good Work Institute, a bioregional fellowship program, and served as Managing Director until 2021. Erica has also worked as a consultant, a lecturer, and a regional manager. She is on the Board of Directors for Third Millennium Alliance and recently completed a 4,400 mile bicycle trip across the Northern US.
