Erica Butow

Erica Butow is a highly educated and motivated individual who has dedicated her career to helping empower others through education. She earned her Master of Business Administration degree from the prestigious University of California, Berkeley and also studied as a Visiting Fellow in Education at Stanford University Graduate School of Education.

With a Bachelor's degree in Business from Universidade de São Paulo and additional studies at IÉSEG School of Management, Erica has a wide range of educational experiences that have prepared her for her impressive career.

Erica is the Co-Founder & CEO of Ensina Brasil, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of education in Brazil. She has also worked in several roles related to education innovation and development, including Innovation Manager at Mind Lab Group and Education Pioneers Fellow at Education Pioneers. She has also held business development, growth and development director, and strategic planning roles in various organizations.

In addition to her work in education, Erica has also gained valuable experience in the business sector. She has worked as a senior analyst consultant at Integration Consulting and as an assistant brand manager at Procter & Gamble, among other positions.
