Erica Blanco

Erica Blanco is a highly skilled professional with a background in marketing, entrepreneurship, and project management. She obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Emprendimiento/Estudios sobre emprendimiento, and then pursued further education with a Master's degree in Marketing from the Universidad Latina de Costa Rica. Erica has held several positions at IBM, including Project Management Office Administrator and Subject Matter Expert PMO, where she was responsible for overseeing large-scale projects. She most recently served as a Leadership Coordinator at IDEO, where she demonstrated strong organizational and interpersonal skills to keep the team moving forward. Erica's expertise in marketing and project management make her an excellent addition to any organization.
