Erica Baker is an energetic Marketing and Sales professional with over fifteen years of experience. She is known for delivering top-line results consistently, with expertise in areas such as product development, brand management, strategy development, channel marketing, launch execution, P&L's, product forecasting, customer engagement, shopper marketing, and cross-functional leadership. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Mass Communication/Media Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications & Marketing from Western Kentucky University. Throughout her career, she has held various leadership roles at Kellogg Company, including Commercial Strategy Lead for Natural & Insurgent Brands, Sr. Director for Cross Category & Sales Operations, Sr. Director of Shopper Marketing - Grocery, Sr. Director of Customer Marketing, among others. Prior to her time at Kellogg Company, Erica gained valuable experience at O2 COOL, Wilton Industries, where she worked as an Assistant Product Manager and also interned in Product Development.
