Eric Wagner

Eric Wagner is an experienced planning and zoning expert with over 20 years of professional experience. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts degree in Geography and Planning from the University of Toledo. Eric is an A.I.C.P Certified Planner, and he is passionate about learning more about planning principles and related fields.

Throughout his career, Eric has held various positions that have contributed to his knowledge and experience. He has served as an Assistant Director at NW Ohio Section of APA-OH, a Zoning Administrator at Monclova Township, and a President at Toledo History Museum. Eric has also worked as a Trustee at APA Ohio, an Adjunct Instructor at Lourdes University, an Economic Development Specialist at Ottawa Community Development Corporation, a Historical/Environmental Review Intern at City of Toledo-Department of Neighborhoods, a Student Assistant at the University of Toledo, and a Laboratory Technician Intern at Biocheck Laboratories.

Eric’s specialties include Zoning Administration, Teaching, Giving Presentations, Conducting Charettes, Project Management, Code Enforcement, and Urban Design. He is committed to increasing his knowledge, expanding his experience, and sharing his expertise with others.
