Eric Valion

Eric Valion is an expert in customer experience and software automation solutions with a strong background in project management, product development, and consulting. With a baccalaureate in Versailles and a Master's degree in accounting and finance from ICS Bégué, Eric has held leadership roles at various companies such as Esker, CEGID, Dièse Informatique, and Capgemini, to name a few.

Eric's primary expertise is in SaaS business document automation, certified SAP partner and world leader in fax automation solutions. As a customer experience manager at Esker, he leads a team that applies CX principles to all customer journey touchpoints within the organization. He has also served as an engagement manager, ERP market director and ERP product manager at CEGID, and a senior product manager at Dièse Informatique.

Eric's proficiency extends to agile project management, designing, managing, implementing, and supporting document workflow processes and integrating them with ERP systems.
