Eric Udelhofen

Eric Udelhofen is the Vice President of Development at OneEnergy Renewables, a company that develops community and utility-scale solar energy projects.23 He leads the Madison office, managing various aspects of solar project development from inception to construction.1 Eric's responsibilities include prospecting, site identification, landowner outreach, permitting, interconnection processes, and electricity and REC sales for utility-scale solar projects across the Midwest.1
With over 15 years of experience in renewable energy, Eric has been involved in the development of numerous solar projects. He has led the development of 25 operational solar projects ranging from 1-10 Megawatts, including 15 projects in Wisconsin.1 His career in renewable energy began in 2007 at EDP Renewables, where he worked as a financial analyst and later in project development for wind and solar projects.1
Eric holds a B.A. in Economics and Environmental Studies from Carleton College in Minnesota.13 Outside of his professional life, he manages a solar-powered homestead in Southwest Wisconsin with his family, where he engages in crop cultivation and restoration projects.1
In addition to his role at OneEnergy Renewables, Eric serves as the Board President for SolarShare Wisconsin Cooperative, representing member investors on the board.1
