Eric Thaiss

Eric Thaiss is a seasoned Sales and Marketing Executive with extensive experience in the broadcast industry. He currently serves as the Senior Director of Sales at Bitcentral, Inc., a position he has held since July 2018.2 Prior to this role, Eric worked as a Sales Director at Bitcentral from June 2013.2

In his current role at Bitcentral, Eric is responsible for:

1. Delivering revenue growth through agreements with television groups and local stations across the country
2. Navigating complex sales cycles lasting from 1 to 18 months
3. Building customized value propositions for clients
4. Managing group sales responsibilities for major media companies such as Hearst, FOX Television Stations, Cox, and TEGNA2

Throughout his career, Eric has received several prestigious awards, including Peabody Awards for his contributions to CNN's coverage of Hurricane Katrina, the Gulf Oil Spill, and the 2008 Presidential Election. He has also received an Emmy for his work on CNN's 9/11 coverage and a DuPont Award for CNN's Southeast Asia Tsunami coverage.2
