Eric Stephenson

Eric Stephenson is the Director of Advisory & Operations at Align Impact and a key member of its investment committee. His primary focus is on advancing the firm's mission of helping investors and advisors in developing and executing impact investing strategies that drive positive change.

With a rich background in finance and philanthropy, Eric previously served as the Portfolio Director at the Cordes Foundation, where he successfully realigned the endowment's investments to reflect the foundation's core missions. Prior to this, he garnered valuable experience at Hamilton Lane on the fund investments team and the global leasing group at Xerox.

In addition to his professional roles, Eric plays active roles on the boards of the Cordes Foundation and Confluence Philanthropy. He is also a key member of advisory councils for Duke University's CASE i3 and The Investment Integration Project (TIIP). Eric's educational background includes a BBA in Finance from Temple University, an MA in Education from the University of the Pacific, and holds a CAIA charter.
