Eric Smith

Eric Smith is an accomplished District Manager with extensive experience in the retail industry. He studied General Studies, Business Administration and Management at CCRI, Lincoln, RI, and later studied at the University of Arkansas ­- Sam M. Walton College of Business. Eric's expertise in retail management has been honed through years of experience as a District Manager at several companies, including the discount retail giant, Dollar General. Prior to his appointment at Dollar General, Eric served as a District Manager at Advance Auto Parts and a Store Manager/Interim District Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation. He also spent time as Store Co Manager at Walmart and District Training Manager at Linens N Things. Eric values leadership, growth, and success for both himself and his team.
