Eric Skae is a highly experienced c-level change manager with a successful track record of leading CPG companies through transformational outcomes, including reorgs, turnarounds, and acquisitions. With a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood University-Florida, Skae has held executive positions at several companies, including Popcornopolis, Rao's Specialty Foods, Inc., and New Leaf Brands, Inc. He has also served as CEO of Carbone Fine Food and The Bricktown Group.

Throughout his career, Skae has been a detail-oriented leader, focused on restructuring staff, operations, and vendor and buyer relationships, as well as developing and rebranding products. He is skilled in corporate strategy, brand and marketing strategy, category and distribution management, cost analysis, financial strategy, and team building.

Skae is also an expert in M&A processes, including buy-side advisory, due diligence, and consultation with growth equity firms and strategic buyers. His accomplishments include taking companies through growth equity raises, joint ventures, and acquisitions, with a particular focus on CPG private equity firms.
