    Eric Siervo is a Cuban-American professional based in Alexandria, Virginia. He currently holds the position of Vice President for International Programs at the Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America (CADCA). In this role, Eric is responsible for overseeing CADCA's International Programs, managing daily operations, and establishing strategic alliances with various organizations and government entities. He also supervises the implementation of training programs in multiple countries across different continents in multiple languages, focusing on developing effective anti-drug coalitions to combat illicit drug use at a community level.

    Before joining CADCA, Eric served in various roles, including as a board member for the National Capital Coalition to Prevent Underage Drinking (NCCPUD) in Washington, D.C., and as a Program Director at the National Latino Council on Alcohol and Tobacco Prevention (LCAT). His career in substance abuse prevention began at LCAT. Prior to his non-governmental roles, Eric worked as a Program Analyst at IQ Solutions, a public health consulting firm in Rockville, Maryland.

    Eric Siervo is fluent in Spanish, his native language, and was born in Alexandria, Virginia. He completed his undergraduate studies in International Relations with a Minor in Business at the University of Mobile and went on to earn a Master's degree in International Education from Framingham State University.

    In addition to his current role at CADCA, Eric has held positions such as Senior Manager for International Programs at CADCA and various roles at organizations like the Underage Drinking Enforcement Training Center, Pacific Institute for Research and Evaluation (PIRE), and the American Nicaraguan School where he served as Director of Athletics.
