Eric Rabinovich

Eric Rabinovich is a highly experienced VP of Engineering with an impressive track record in managing and scaling up softwares for both B2B and B2C environments. With more than 18 years of experience in technology and problem-solving, he has worked with start-ups, midsize and large enterprises, and gained expertise in biotech, smart cities, IoT, e-learning, and e-commerce fields. Eric has more than 6 years of experience in holding different management positions, including R&D restructuring, team building, recruiting, and project management. He has a result-driven approach to building development teams and is passionate about mentoring developers and leaders.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Hadassah College and has been a mentor for engineering leadership at Plato. He has worked with cross-continent teams and customers worldwide, including the USA, Middle East, and Asia. Eric's excellent communication, problem-solving, analytic, and organizational management skills have helped him lead and execute cross-organization processes and projects. He has also been a senior management executive with experience in high-level board meetings.

With extensive experience in running highly available, large-scale systems with millions of users, Eric's expertise also includes managing software development, QA, DevOps, and project teams that run fast according to business requirements. He believes in setting clear objectives for continuous improvements of knowledge, processes, and personal growth.
