Eric Quidenus-Wahlforss

Eric Quidenus-Wahlforss is the Founder and CEO of Dance, a premium e-bike subscription service based in Berlin. Dance aims to promote sustainable urban mobility by providing members with access to high-quality electric bikes and scooters, along with services like maintenance and theft protection. The company was established with the vision of creating more livable cities by encouraging a shift away from car ownership towards more sustainable transportation options.124

Before founding Dance in January 2020, Quidenus-Wahlforss co-founded SoundCloud in 2007 and served as its Chief Product Officer for 12 years. SoundCloud has grown to become the world's largest open audio platform, featuring millions of tracks from a vast network of creators.12 Quidenus-Wahlforss holds a Master of Science in Industrial Economics from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and has studied business at the Stockholm School of Economics.1

In addition to his work at Dance, he is involved in angel investing, particularly in sustainability-focused ventures, and has expressed a strong commitment to addressing climate change through innovative solutions in urban mobility.23 Quidenus-Wahlforss is also a family man, music enthusiast, and table tennis player, having previously created and performed music under the artist name Forss.12
