Eric's interests include coaching and developing others, for example, by teaching leadership development classes in partnership with Office Depot's L&D team. He is also an active member of Toastmasters, working on their Dynamic Leadership Pathway, and mentoring members on their communication and leadership development. In his free time, he enjoys reading both non-fiction and fiction books.
