Educationally, Eric studied A.B. Social Studies with a Secondary in Computer Science at Harvard University and previously attended Phillips Academy.

Formerly, Eric held various key roles across reputable organizations, serving as a REALTOR® and Real Estate Agent in New York and Massachusetts, Founder/CEO of Perci PBC, Senior Software Engineer at LegalZoom, and Product Manager at companies like Swiftly, Inc. and Microsoft. He also had stints at Pear VC, McKinsey & Company, and held teaching roles at Harvard University.
