    Eric Orts is a distinguished Professor of Legal Studies and Business Ethics at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, where he has been teaching since 1991. He holds a secondary appointment in Management at the same institution. With a strong legal background, Orts served as a litigation associate at Paul Weiss in New York City before joining academia.

    Aside from his tenure at Wharton, Orts has held visiting professor positions at renowned institutions globally, including INSEAD in France, University of Leuven, University of Michigan Law School, NYU School of Law, University of Sydney Law School, Tsingua University School of Management, and UCLA School of Law.
