    Eric Norman is a professional with a unique blend of experiences in Lean Manufacturing, Lean Startup, and Just-in-Time (JIT) methodologies with a passion for espresso.

    He acquired Japanese language skills as an adult and delved into product development at Toyota's global headquarters, gaining insights from the gold standard of manufacturing.

    During his time in graduate school, Eric was elected head of the student body and achieved international recognition by winning a competition supported by an MIT club alongside the cofounder of Cinder.

    In his undergraduate years, he showcased exceptional leadership by becoming the first non-Japanese to be elected head of a dormitory in Japan, akin to a social club.

    Eric's non-traditional educational journey, including obtaining a GED for minors, led him to remarkable opportunities at prestigious institutions, fueled by hard work, persistence, and some stroke of luck.

    Passionate about cooking and food, Eric finds joy in preparing meals for himself and loved ones, emphasizing the importance of personalized, healthy, and delicious food.

    His values center around promoting equal economic opportunities and ensuring basic peace and safety for all individuals, reflecting a commitment to societal well-being.

    Education-wise, Eric pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Pennsylvania and continued his academic pursuits with a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, San Diego - Rady School of Management.
