Before founding EverPresent, Niloff served as a Senior Principal at The Parthenon Group, where he led teams in various sectors including corporate strategy, education, and private equity. His work involved advising clients on growth strategies, mergers and acquisitions, and marketing strategies.

Niloff also has a significant background in political and public policy roles. He managed campaign teams and communications budgets, overseeing message development and media relations, including serving as head speechwriter for a U.S. Senator.
