Eric Morales

Eric M. is a technology executive with extensive experience in cloud computing, gaming, and startup ecosystems. He currently serves as the Director of Startups for North America at Google, a position he has held since April 2023.1 Prior to this, he had significant roles at major tech companies:

1. At Microsoft, he was Partner and General Manager for Xbox Services Commercial from April 2022 to April 2023.1

2. At Amazon Web Services (AWS), he held several leadership positions:

   • Managing Director for AWS for Games in EMEA (January 2019 - April 2022)1
   • Sr Manager of Startup and VC Business Development EMEA (June 2017 - January 2019)1
   • Sales Leader for Startup and Games Industry in Nordics & Baltics (July 2015 - June 2017)1

3. At Google, he previously worked as Team Lead for the Global Sales Organization in the Northeast Region (October 2013 - July 2015).1
