Eric Maddox, MBA, is a highly decorated former U.S. Army interrogator, paratrooper, and linguist with extensive experience in conducting over 2,700 interrogations across multiple deployments in support of the Global War on Terrorism.
Graduating from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government, Eric went on to complete his Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School.
During his time in the Army, Eric served as an infantry paratrooper for the 82nd Airborne Division, attained the rank of Staff Sergeant, and specialized in Chinese Mandarin language studies.
Eric's notable achievements include conducting over 300 interrogations as part of a special operations task force in Tikrit, which directly led to the capture of Saddam Hussein. For his contributions, he was honored with awards such as the Legion of Merit and the National Intelligence Medal of Achievement.
After transitioning to a civilian role with the Department of Defense, Eric continued to support the Global War on Terrorism until 2014. He is currently a principal consultant, author, public speaker, and negotiator based in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Eric's diverse skill set encompasses interrogation techniques, intelligence collection, special operations, and linguistic proficiency in Chinese Mandarin. His professional background includes roles as an interrogator, intelligence collection officer, and psychological operations specialist.
