Eric Pezoa is a seasoned IT professional with a diverse background in systems administration, consulting, and telephony solutions. Currently serving as the administrator of a medium-sized Data Center, Eric's responsibilities encompass the installation, administration, and support of various servers including Google Earth Enterprise Servers on Suse Linux ENT and multiple MS and Linux-based servers. In addition to his role at the Data Center, Eric works as an IT consultant specializing in open-source telephony alternatives for small and medium-sized companies, offering services to a wide range of businesses from law offices and car dealerships to large nationwide call centers.
