Eric Lafleur is a seasoned bilingual multi-disciplinary executive with over 25 years of experience in business management, sales, and marketing. He has a strong track record of developing and optimizing effective business practices. With a master's degree in business administration from the Université de Sherbrooke, he has outstanding analytical, critical thinking, verbal and written communication skills, which makes him a great communicator. He studied Piloting, Aviation at Hélicraft and Collège Air Richelieu, and received theoretical training in air traffic control from Nav Canada.

Eric has worked in several organizations, including Lamier Conseils, where he previously served as the founder and general manager, and now serves as the Chief Strategist. He was also Vice-President of Sales and Marketing, and a member of the Executive Committee of The Vulcan Hoist Company Ltd. In addition, he served as Director of Sales, Marketing, and Business Strategy at Eocycle, Director of Commercial Operations, and a member of the management committee at Turbo Images. He was also a trainer in managerial communication at McGill University and taught MBA courses at the Université de Sherbrooke.
