He excels in collaborating with cross-functional teams to attain company objectives through fostering partnerships with key stakeholders.

As a self-proclaimed 'change agent,' Eric has a diverse background in driving top and bottom-line growth by spearheading various initiatives such as commercial operations, sales operations, customer service, sales, marketing, Lean methodologies, and providing strategic leadership in executing business strategies.

He pursued his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University.

Eric Kuebler has held several significant roles in prestigious organizations including Global Director of Customer Experience, Global Director of Commercial Excellence, Director of Global Commercial Operations, Director of Global Channel Programs, Director of Global Sales Operations, and Director of Global Project Pursuit at different divisions of Compressor Controls Corporation, a Roper Company. He has also served as the Global Sales & Marketing Program Manager at Emerson Process Management, where he managed global key accounts and industry sales, and started his career as a Sales Application Engineer at the same company.
