Eric Kolb

CTO and Co-Founder at Elidah, Inc.

Eric Kolb has over two decades of experience in medical device product development and commercialization, having been involved in everything from concept generation to product launch. He is particularly passionate about developing technology-based solutions, while also focusing on broader business objectives like market opportunities and sales growth. Throughout his career, he has worked with devices across various medical fields, such as total joint reconstruction, complex spine surgery, biomaterials, wound care, ultrasound therapies, and wearable devices.

Kolb is currently the CTO and Co-Founder of Elidah, Inc., where his primary focus is on commercializing ELITONE, a non-invasive device that treats female stress urinary incontinence. He is also open to exploring new technologies and business opportunities.

Kolb received a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University. Prior to his work with Elidah, he held various positions in product development and engineering with companies such as ZetrOZ Inc, Doctors Research Group, DePuy Spine, DePuy Orthopaedics, and Johnson & Johnson Professional, Inc.
