He has extensive experience in ERP and HCM software selection, organizational change management, implementation project management, and business integration. Eric consults clients on their SAP S4/HANA, Oracle Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday, SuccessFactors, and digital transformation implementations, and he has experience managing ERP implementations and global supply chain projects in countries such as China, India, Singapore, Hong Kong, and South Africa.
