Eric Kalet is a seasoned HR professional, well-versed in talent acquisition, training and development, and change management. With over a decade of experience in HR leadership at Lowe's Home Improvement, Eric has developed expertise in servant leadership, situational leadership, and employee relations, among other areas. Eric's background also includes business ownership, freelance writing and photography, and teaching. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Historical Studies and a Master's degree in Secondary Education from Long Island University and SUNY Empire State College, respectively.
