Eric N. Jacobson

Eric Jacobson is a highly accomplished business executive with extensive experience in human resources management. He studied at Baylor University and the University of North Texas, where he earned a BA in Psychology and a BBA in Personnel Management & Organizational Behavior, respectively. With over 25 years of experience, Jacobson has held numerous high-level positions in renowned organizations, including SRS Distribution Inc., where he currently serves as the Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resource Officer. Previously, Jacobson was the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Invitation Homes, the Managing Director of Human Resource Services at Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC, and the Senior Vice President of HR & Administrative Services at JPI Companies, among others.

Before transitioning to human resources management, Jacobson began his career as a Human Resource Generalist/Recruiter at Joe Guy Construction, Inc. and Senior Benefits Analyst at Clark / Bardes, Inc. before moving on to Delhi Gas Pipeline Corporation as a Senior Manager of Human Resources. Jacobson's vast knowledge in the field has allowed him to establish himself as an authority in the industry.
