Prior to his current position, he served as a Principal at Lee Equity Partners, bringing valuable expertise to the firm.

Eric also has a solid consulting background, having worked as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, where he honed his strategic skills.

His financial acumen was further developed during his time as a Summer Analyst at both Select Equity Group and J.P. Morgan, showcasing his versatility in different financial environments.
