Eric Hsu is a seasoned professional with a strong background in law and business, specializing in helping self-funded acquisition entrepreneurs acquire small and medium-sized businesses.

With a focus on buy-side representation for businesses valued at $15 million and below, Eric offers specialized coaching, advice, and representation to ensure the successful closure of deals while safeguarding the client's best interests.

Having studied law at the University of Oregon School of Law and business at The University of British Columbia, Eric holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree.

Currently, Eric serves as an M&A Lawyer exclusively dedicated to assisting buy-side SMB entrepreneurs at Clear Focus Law, PLLC. His previous roles include Senior Manager and Senior Deputy Prosecuting Attorney at Benton County Office of Public Defense, Trial Advocacy Instructor at the National District Attorneys Association, Deputy District Attorney at Linn County District Attorney's Office, Legal Instructor at Oregon Department of Public Safety Standards & Training, and Police Officer at Corvallis, Oregon Police Department.
