Eric Greenwood is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of experience in the technology industry. He served as the Director of the Ontario Contact Centre Professional Services Practice for Bell Canada Business Markets, overseeing a 'state of the art' Contact Centre deployment for a major Canadian bank. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2010, Eric held the positions of SVP & CIO at two multinational corporations, where he managed global IT infrastructure, systems, and shared services. Eric specializes in designing, developing, and implementing integrated contact center systems, self-service programs, eCommerce solutions, and fulfillment systems. He holds a Master's degree in Economics and an Honors B.A. in Economics, and has authored articles on administrative processes and systems development.
