Eric Green is a clinical psychologist with a strong passion for utilizing data to enhance healthcare outcomes and access to services.
He is involved in teaching data science and research methods at Duke University, focusing on leveraging Real World Data and Evidence to influence health outcomes at an individual and population level.
Having founded the health tech company Nivi in 2016, Eric serves as the Chief Scientific Officer, applying expertise in behavior change, data science, and product design to drive the company's mission.
Eric Green's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Clinical-Community Psychology, as well as MAs in International Studies and Psychology, obtained from the University of South Carolina. He also holds a BA in Psychology from Bucknell University and has participated in a Semester At Sea program.
Previously, Eric has held various roles at Duke University, such as Director of Undergraduate Studies for Global Health and Associate Professor of the Practice of Global Health.
Additionally, he has been associated with organizations like the Population Council and New York University in adjunct and assistant professor roles, as well as served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Bellevue/NYU Program for Survivors of Torture.
