Eric Glymph is a prominent figure in early childhood education as the co-owner of The Goddard School of Ashland, Virginia, alongside his wife, Susan Glymph. Their journey into this business began with a desire to work together and leverage their backgrounds in education and finance. Susan holds a BS in Education from Indiana University and has extensive experience in teaching, while Eric brings over 20 years of leadership experience from various Fortune 500 companies and startups, along with expertise in financial planning and strategy.12
In addition to his role at The Goddard School, Eric is the founder of EDGe Business Planning, a firm he established to assist small business owners in understanding their financials and achieving profitability. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a B.S. and an MBA from Indiana University.23 Eric also serves as an adjunct instructor at Virginia Commonwealth University, where he teaches entrepreneurial finance and business strategy.14
Eric Glymph's commitment to education extends beyond the classroom; he is also an accomplished triathlete, having competed in numerous events, including three Ironman triathlons. He resides in Richmond, Virginia, with his wife and two children.2
