I look forward to continuing to connecting some dots and sharing some of what I have learned. Here are some of those, movements, groups and projects.<br><br>Missouri Coalition for Historic Preservation & Economic Development; Steering Committee and founding Member; Passed the Missouri Historic Tax credit, that helped to rebuild St. Louis, Downtown, 100 buildings and 5,000 new residents, and communities both large and small across the state, 66 communities at last count and 43,000 jobs, and helped to increase the St. Louis' population for the first time in 50 years.<br>www.SaveHistoricTaxCreditMo.org<br><br>St. Louis CIE, Founder, former Chairman of the Board; St. Louis Realtors Commercial Information Exchange, a commercial property, real time database and list serve with 700 members, promotes the region by providing data for public access, REALTORS and to the Department of Economic Development.<br>Also worked on a state wide system.<br>ww.stlCIE.com<br><br>Lift for Life Charter School, Founder, former Chairman of the Board and Developer of the former Manufacturers Bank Building . Received Landmarks most enhanced building award.<br><br>Central Reform Congregation, Founder and former Vice President, member of the Board of Directors, Communications Chair, Acquired the property and Chaired the Building Project for 5 years during the development of our building/campus at Kingshighway and Waterman in St. Louis. The only congregation in the US to build a new facility in a central city.<br><br>Specialties: Urban, Historic, Challenging, Work Outs and Transit Oriented real estate and Development and deal structuring, including using the Historic, Rebuilding communities tax credits and other incentive programs.
