Eric Florance

Eric Florance is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in the healthcare, non-profit, and military sectors. He holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from UT Southwestern Medical Center and a Bachelor's degree in Biology-Chemistry with a minor in Physics from Dominican University.

Currently, Eric serves as a Physical Therapist at Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation, where he applies his expertise in physical therapy to help patients recover and improve their quality of life. Prior to this role, he gained valuable experience as a Senior Contract Administrator at the American Heart Association - American Stroke Association, where he played a crucial role in managing contracts and ensuring smooth operations.

Eric also has a background in the military, having served as a Contract Specialist in the United States Air Force. This experience honed his skills in negotiation, contract management, and attention to detail. Through his varied professional experiences, Eric has developed a strong work ethic, a passion for helping others, and a commitment to excellence in all that he does.
