Eric Fickel

Eric Fickel is a seasoned senior project manager and agile coach with extensive experience in business intelligence and data analytics projects, agile transformation, and managing teams of professionals. He has a Bachelor's degree from De Haagse Hogeschool and a Master's degree from the Open Universiteit. Eric has worked for various organizations, including Fontys University of Applied Sciences, NN, The Future Group, Gemeente Rotterdam, HumanCapitalCare, ArboNed BV, Fujitsu Nederland, ApplusRTD, USG People, ANWB, Fickel Consultancy, ASA Student Uitzendbureau B.V., Solcos, Content, LogicaCMG, TNO, and TU Delft as a project manager, business consultant, and manager of software development.

Eric specializes in business intelligence and data analytics projects, agile transformation, intervention in troubled projects, and transitioning to data-driven work. He has strong expertise in project management, strategic planning, team building, coaching, and motivation. Throughout his career, Eric has served as a project manager or interim manager in various roles.
