Eric D'Souza is a dedicated professional with a strong background in Digital Marketing/Analytics, Statistics, and Product Management.

He is an alumnus of Schulich School of Business, York University, where he focused on these key areas.

Eric has a wealth of experience working at early and growth stage startups, particularly in the AI-powered Talent Acquisition and Fintech sectors, where he successfully grew and scaled products with remarkable success rates.

During his university years, Eric invested in student startups through Front Row Ventures, under the Real Ventures umbrella, showcasing his commitment to nurturing new talent in the entrepreneurial space.

His recent role at Wingocard involved leading product initiatives to rebuild the banking system, with a mission to empower teens and young adults to become financially savvy early in their lives.

Currently, Eric is focused on automation and building internal systems at Nesto, a prominent digital mortgage company based in Montreal, to enhance efficiency and speed for internal users.
