He made significant contributions as the former Head of Product and founder of Serenity: Guided Mental Health, an AI-driven platform acquired by Doc.ai in 2019, focusing on improving mental healthcare accessibility and personalization.

Under Eric's leadership, Serenity amassed a user base of 700k globally, facilitated over 50M messages, and demonstrated rapid growth by being acquired within 14 months of its launch.

His achievements include being recognized by Inc Magazine's 30 under 30, named one of Canada's Next 150 by the Toronto Stock Exchange, and co-authoring 'Common Data Elements for Epilepsy Mobile Health Systems' in collaboration with NIH and Harvard.

Eric's educational background includes studying Data Science at The Johns Hopkins University, holding a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science & Economics from Western University, and pursuing Business and Entrepreneurship studies at Schulich School of Business - York University.
