Eric Dawson

Eric Dawson has a diverse professional background that includes experience in bartending, electron microscopy, regional TV commercials, and serving as a driver for the author of Curious George.

He began his professional journey by directing a summer camp in a Boston public housing complex and engaging in organizing activities focused on disability awareness.

Eric is passionate about nurturing the moral imagination of young individuals to contribute towards healing a profoundly challenged world.

His educational achievements include a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Leadership and Innovation from NYU Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development, an MDiv in Pastoral Studies/Counseling from Harvard Divinity School, an MEd in Risk and Prevention from Harvard University Graduate School of Education, and a BA in Social Studies from Harvard University.

Currently, Eric Dawson serves as the CEO of Peace First, an organization dedicated to empowering and supporting young people in creating positive change in their communities.
