Having completed a UX Design Immersive program at General Assembly, a Bachelor of Science in Management from Northeastern University, and VMware 5.1 Training in Information Technology, Eric possesses a robust educational foundation.

With experience at reputable organizations such as Webstack Digital, Apex Systems, Softcard (acquired by Google), Santander Consumer USA Inc., Fidelity Investments, Online Environs Inc, American Tower, Telekomnet, and Advantage Technical, Eric has held roles ranging from UX Lead and Solutions Design to Senior UX/UI Designer and Technical Account Executive.
