Eric obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Georgia State University before going on to study for a Master's degree in Computer Science at DePaul University which he graduated with a 3.1 GPA. Outside his education achievements, Eric has served in the United States Army Reserve and Army National Guard as an Infantry Officer.

In his professional career, Eric has worked in various positions such as Application Developer Analyst, Technical Implementation Consultant, Salesforce Project Coordinator, and Enterprise Sales Representative. He has also worked with SAP SalesCloud ICM/TrueComp, Oracle VM VirtualBox, Apache Hive, Confluence, and more.
