He was formerly a Principal, VP of Strategy, Senior Strategist, and Digital Strategist at C+K, where he contributed significantly to the company's strategic direction.

Prior to his time at C+K, Eric served as Programs and Communications Manager at Winning Connections, showcasing his communication and organizational skills.

He also gained valuable experience as a Congressional Intern for Congresswoman Nita Lowey at the U.S. House of Representatives, where he deepened his understanding of government operations and policies.
